The training supports in strengthening clarity around your desired job and confidence in applying, presenting yourself, and negotiating. That's how "Something needs to change" gradually turns into "I know what I want - and how to get there."
How the training is structured
A coaching session with me lasts 90 minutes (because you can simply get more done than in 60). You get a safe space where the focus is always on your current questions, individual wishes, and goals. Together, we sort out what's going on and find concrete steps that work for you.

A session consists of:
Clarifying goal: Where are you now, where do you want to get to?
Tool: Discovering new ideas, developing solutions
Transfer: What do you take away, how can you actually implement it?​
How much the training costs
1 focus session x 90 min = 180 €
6 sessions x 90 min = 975 € instead of 1080 €

FAQ Training - Frequent questions
Is the get-to-know call really free? Yes, a get-to-know call is always non-binding for you, meaning that you are not committing to anything, and free of charge, so you will not be billed for anything.
How long is a session and where does it take place? A session lasts 90 minutes and can take place online, over the phone, or on-site in Berlin at Atelier26 in Kreuzberg.
Is my topic suitable for the training? In principle, the training is suitable if you are starting out, want to change jobs and are looking for orientation and clarity, or want to improve your application and negotiation skills. In a get-to-know call, we can discuss in more detail how the training can help you in your personal situation.
How much is the training? The training consists of 6 sessions with 90 minutes each and is 975€. In accordance with § 19 UStG (German Sales Tax Act), no VAT is charged. You also have the option to book a single 90 minute session with one of the six focus topics selected by you. The price for such a single session is 180€. If you would like to pay in installments, just contact me and we will figure out a solution together.
Can I get in touch if I am not in my 30s? Yes! Most of my clients are between 25 and 45 years old. Notwithstanding, I am open to working with people of all ages. So please feel free to reach out.
What is the difference between coaching and the training? In the training, I also share with you my experience from over 8 years in human resources, supported with coaching tools that focus entirely on you, your questions, and your solutions. In coaching, there is no such advisory component based on experience and opinion. You are guided to find your own answers.
