I'm Bella: Certified systemic coach, a Berliner, who has also called four other places abroad her home, in her 30s. My motto last year was “Courage,” a book that always fascinates me is Brené Brown's “Dare to Lead,” and the main strength I bring to coaching is that I combine analytical skills with genuine empathy.

Professional experience
As a passionate HR professional, I have built up my diverse expertise over the past few years in a wide range of industries, including tech, consulting, research, banking, and mobility - from young startups to established corporations and renowned institutions. Trainings and workshops have long been part of my journey, especially in the area of leadership development. That's why it means a lot to me to be the technical lead to a team in people and organizational development at an IT company in Berlin and be able to pass on my knowledge as a coach. To me, coaching means real personal growth. That's why I'm particularly happy that I myself can offer this as one of the most effective development tools we currently have through the self-employment I built up in parallel. Accompanying people on their individual journeys and seeing how they gain clarity and strength inspires me time and again. Because coaching can create incredible added value and helps people to really move forward.
Life experience
With my international work and study experience in the Netherlands, England, and Chile, I have developed a genuine intercultural skill set. For years, I have also been supporting young people who start out in their careers as a volunteer mentor at my former university and at MentorMe NGO - something I really enjoy doing. I am simply all about personal development and purpose questions in life. In the years before my 30th birthday, I went through some major changes myself: Both in my professional and private life many things were turned upside down all at the same time. This period shaped me and led me to rethink and redesign my life. It is precisely these experiences that have made me the person I am today. At that time, I had such fantastic results as a coaching client myself that I wanted to make this accessible for others as well. That’s why, in 2024, I decided to train as a systemic coach at Coaching Akademie Berlin, which has enriched me tremendously both personally and professionally.
